We host Our website and digital content on reputable third-party platforms and take reasonable efforts to maintain and host the site and related systems. However, We make no representations or warranties as to the safety, security, accuracy, or uninterrupted functionality of Your individual use of the website or any related platform.

TERMS OF SITE & PURCHASER AGREEMENT

All Offerings are owned and provided by Company. These Terms and Conditions govern and define how You are allowed to use and access Company’s Offerings.

YOUR PRODUCT, COURSE, SERVICE, OR PROGRAM USE AND CONSENT

By purchasing, enrolling in, participating in, or otherwise accessing any Offering, You acknowledge that You were given reasonable notice that these Terms and Conditions exist and You agree to abide by them, as well as any disclaimers, policies, and privacy disclosures referenced herein.

You agree that You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in Your jurisdiction. Access by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

All content included in Our Offerings and on Our website(s), including but not limited to text, training materials, classes, videos, recordings, worksheets, exercises, teachings, branding, logos, designs, graphics, downloadable materials, written copy, course names, service names, trademarks, and service marks are owned by or licensed to Company unless otherwise stated.

This includes, without limitation, The Connected Spirit School™ and The Connected Spirit Method™.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, upload, post, modify, transmit, share, sell, teach from, or exploit any part of Our intellectual property without Our prior written permission.

It is a violation of applicable law to use Our intellectual property in whole or in part without authorization. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including damages, injunctive relief, and reimbursement of legal fees where permitted by law.

YOUR MATERIALS AND CONTRIBUTIONS

By submitting comments, testimonials, reviews, photos, videos, questions, posts, messages, or other content in connection with any Offering or on any platform We operate or use, including but not limited to Zoom, Voxer, Facebook, Instagram, Skool, email, or course platforms, You grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute that content in whole or in part for business, marketing, educational, promotional, and operational purposes unless You explicitly state in writing at the time of submission that We may not do so.

You are solely responsible for the content You submit. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, obscene, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.

PRODUCT REVIEWS

We may request that You provide a review, rating, testimonial, or feedback relating to an Offering. By voluntarily providing a review or testimonial, You confirm that:

• You have genuinely used or accessed the relevant Offering.
• Your statements are truthful and based on Your actual experience.
• You will not submit content that is false, misleading, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or unlawful.
• You will not organize or participate in campaigns to manipulate reviews unless expressly authorized by Us.

MODEL RELEASE

If You voluntarily submit or display Your image, likeness, voice, name, testimonial, video, or related media in connection with an Offering, including in online communities, live calls, screenshots, profile images, group spaces, or shared content, You grant Us a commercial license to use such materials for reasonable business purposes unless otherwise prohibited by law or unless You explicitly revoke permission in writing before use.

You represent that You have the legal right to submit any image or media You provide.

NOTIFICATION OF USE

We are not obligated to notify You before using any image, testimonial, review, or submission You voluntarily provide to Us unless otherwise required by law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

LIMITED LICENSE

Any and all materials, whether paid or unpaid, that You access through this website or any related domain, email, class portal, course platform, Zoom room, Voxer space, social platform, or community space containing Our Offerings remain the sole property of Company or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, individual, non-commercial use only.

You may:

• Access the Offering for Your own personal use only.
• Download or print materials for Your own personal reference only, where such downloading is made available by Us.
• Use Our trademarks or materials only with Our prior written permission and proper attribution.

You may not:

• Re-sell, sublicense, share, transfer, or trade Your access to any Offering.
• Share login information, recordings, class links, downloadable materials, or access credentials with anyone else.
• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, teach, adapt, or distribute any part of the Offering.
• Use Our materials to create competing courses, programs, teachings, or derivative works.
• Claim ownership of any part of Our intellectual property.
• Use Our materials in any unlawful, unauthorized, or misleading manner.
• Record, screenshot, photograph, screen record, capture, or reproduce any class, session, call, community interaction, replay, video, audio, or related content of any kind without Our express written permission.

We do not store complete credit card numbers. Payments are processed through third-party processors such as Stripe and PayPal. Scheduling and service access may also be facilitated through third-party platforms including Acuity, Flodesk, Zoom, Voxer, Facebook, Instagram, and Skool.

By using any such third-party platform, You agree that We are not responsible for the security, privacy, errors, outages, or failures of those third-party services and that Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, You understand and agree that confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in any group setting, class, live program, mentorship container, Facebook group, Voxer group, Zoom room, Skool community, or other shared learning environment.

You agree to act respectfully and to protect the privacy of other participants. You may not share, repost, disclose, or distribute another participant’s private information, personal story, experience, image, voice, comments, or participation without their explicit consent.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from an Offering or community space, without refund, for behavior that is disruptive, harmful, abusive, invasive of others’ privacy, or otherwise inconsistent with the integrity of the space.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By accessing any Offering, whether paid or unpaid, You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with Your participation, including any decisions, actions, interpretations, emotional responses, or outcomes that may arise from the use of Our educational, spiritual, intuitive, mentoring, or informational content.

YOUR COMMUNICATIONS

Any communications sent to Us by email, website forms, newsletter sign-up, social media, comments, blog comments, direct messages, Voxer, Facebook, Instagram, Skool, or other means are not considered confidential or privileged unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to retain, use, and republish communications and submissions in whole or in part for business purposes, subject to applicable privacy law and Our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to submit communications that are unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, malicious, false, negligent, or otherwise harmful.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our total liability to You for any claim arising from or related to any Offering shall not exceed the amount You paid to Us for the specific Offering giving rise to the claim.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your access to any website, Offering, program, class, membership, community, or communication at any time, without notice and without refund, if We believe You have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is unlawful, disruptive, abusive, harmful, invasive, inappropriate, or contrary to the integrity of the Offering or community.

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

You authorize Us to charge Your selected payment method for the full amount of the Offering selected at checkout, including any recurring or installment payments You agree to.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and contact information and to keep such information up to date.

We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases at any time.

RECURRING PAYMENTS AND FLEX PAYMENT OPTIONS

Certain Offerings may be purchased through recurring or installment-based payment plans, including but not limited to Mediumship Mastery Circle and Summer With Spirit 2026.

By selecting a payment plan, You agree to pay the full amount of the Offering according to the agreed payment schedule. Choosing a payment plan does not create a monthly membership that may be canceled at will. It is a commitment to pay the full agreed amount.

If You default on any payment, We reserve the right to suspend access to the Offering and pursue collection of any outstanding balance.

CANCELLATION

You may request cancellation of future access to recurring Offerings by contacting Us in writing. However, cancellation of access does not relieve You of any outstanding payment obligations for the full amount of the Offering You agreed to purchase.

ERRORS OR MISTAKES IN PRICING

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after payment has been submitted. If a correction is necessary, We will notify You in writing and provide appropriate next steps.

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds will be given under any circumstances unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by Us in writing.

This no-refund policy applies to all Offerings, including but not limited to digital products, courses, classes, mentorship, readings, memberships, events, retreats, workshops, programs, and payment plans.

If You choose a payment plan and later cancel, stop attending, fail to participate, or otherwise withdraw, You remain responsible for the full balance owed.

TRANSFERS

No transfers are allowed. Purchases may not be transferred to another person, offering, date, cohort, class, program, service, or future enrollment under any circumstances unless otherwise required by law.

MISSED CLASSES, LIVE CALLS, AND REPLAYS

If You miss a live class, call, training, or session for any reason, You are not entitled to a refund, credit, reschedule, or partial reimbursement.

Attendance at live sessions is solely Your responsibility.

For live courses or programs where recordings are offered, replays will be sent within approximately 48 hours after the live session where reasonably possible. Any replay access provided must be downloaded within 7 days of delivery. After that time, the recording may be deleted or made unavailable, and We are under no obligation to re-send, restore, or extend access.

Not all live Offerings include recordings. Where recordings are not offered, none will be provided.

PROMOTIONAL PRICING DEVICES AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We do not offer price adjustments, credits, or retroactive discounts after purchase.

CHARGEBACKS

You agree to contact Us first to attempt to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, We reserve the right to provide proof of purchase, access, participation, use, and acceptance of these Terms to the investigating institution. We also reserve the right to revoke access to all current and future Offerings.

REVOCATION OF ACCESS

You may choose to stop using an Offering at any time by notifying Us in writing. However, such revocation of access does not cancel or reduce any amounts owed. Any remaining balance becomes immediately due according to the terms of Your purchase.

If necessary, unpaid balances may be sent to collections, and You agree to be responsible for any lawful collection costs, fees, and legal expenses.

CURRENCY

All prices are processed in the currency stated at checkout. If no currency is specified, the default currency shall be Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated by Us.

TAXES

Applicable taxes will be charged as required by law.

ORDER REVERSAL OR CANCELLATION

NO RESELLING OR DISTRIBUTION OF OUR OFFERING

You may not purchase any Offering for resale, redistribution, or unauthorized sharing. We reserve the right to terminate access where such conduct is suspected or discovered.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute arises between You and Company, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to attempt mediation or other alternative dispute resolution before commencing formal legal action, except where urgent injunctive relief is required.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT

You agree not to make false, misleading, malicious, or defamatory statements about Company, Our representatives, or Our Offerings. We reserve the right to remove You from any Offering or community, without refund, if We determine that You have engaged in conduct that materially harms Our business, reputation, or community.

Nothing in this clause prohibits truthful statements required by law or good-faith reports to legal, regulatory, or governmental bodies.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, together with Our Privacy Policy and any other written agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between You and Company regarding use of the website and Offerings.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any Offering shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
